How fees work
We bill the plan that applies, and you get an estimate in writing before anything is scheduled.
Insurance we work with
We file claims for most PPO plans, dental and medical. Wisdom teeth and implants are billed to a dental plan, a medical plan or both, depending on the reason for the surgery, and the plan decides what it covers. We are not enrolled with Medicaid or CHIP.

If you pay yourself
If you are paying yourself, you get a written estimate before treatment and pay at the visit. Financing is offered by third-party lenders. Approval and terms are set by the lender.

Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we give you an itemized receipt with procedure codes. If your plan reimburses care outside its network, you can send it the receipt; the plan decides whether it pays.

An estimate in advance
You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. If you are paying without insurance, we give you a written estimate in advance, when you schedule or whenever you ask. It lists each step we expect and the fee for each.

Checking your benefits
We check your dental and medical benefits before surgery day and tell you what we found. The plan makes the final decision when it processes the claim.
